All Happy Mail subscriptions are prepared with care and personalized just for you.

Processing Time: Subscriptions must be active by the 20th of each month to receive the next month's box.

Shipping Schedule: All Happy Mail orders will be shipped during the first week of the following month.

Shipping Methods: Shipping times may vary depending on carrier and location.

Tracking: If your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided once your Happy Mail has been sent.

Delays: Please allow additional time during holidays or high-volume periods.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Liza Lu's is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once your package has been shipped, Liza Lu's is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise.
